I’ve been trying to pay a little more attention to carbs lately, fiber Gourmet has been a good find. The pasta tastes normal, not like one of those “diet” foods where you’re very aware you’re eating a substitute. It’s easy, it fills the gap, and shipping was totally fine. I’ll probably keep ordering it for those nights when I want a simple lower-carb meal.

I tried this pasta after work one night when I was too tired to cook anything fancy, and yeah, it was good. It filled me up, which I appreciated because I’d only had a granola bar since lunch. That said, the price feels a little steep for the amount you get. I’d probably grab it again if I saw it on sale, but I don’t think it’s something I’d buy every week

I had to return part of my Fiber Gourmet order because I’d ordered the wrong thing, and I kind of assumed it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth return situations. Usually when I make a mistake like that, I expect at least a little hassle.

But customer service got back to me quickly and told me exactly what to do. Once they received the package, my refund showed up a few days later. Simple, fair, and thankfully no weird runaround.

I ended up ordering from FiberGourmet because, the price looked better than what I was finding on a few other sites.

It’s not, like, super cheap grocery store pasta or anything, but for the extra fiber and lower calorie part, I think the price is reasonable. The multi-packs definitely make it feel easier to justify too.

I’ve always liked this stuff and it still works well, but it used to be a lot easier to grab when I needed it. Lately it seems like it’s sold out often, which gets frustrating when I’m trying to restock.

I actually really liked the flavor and it cooked up just fine, but after dinner I was so bloated and gassy that I kept wondering if it was the pasta or just my stomach being dramatic because it’s not used to that much fiber, and I’ll probably still finish the box, just in much smaller portions next time...

I expected this to taste like “healthy pasta,” if you know what I mean, but it was way closer to regular pasta than I thought. The texture wasn’t weird, rubbery, or chewy like some other low carb ones I’ve tried. My quick test is always whether the kids notice, and they ate it with sauce without saying a word, so that’s good enough for me. Definitely buying it again.

I ordered a few packs of pasta and they showed up without any issues, so no complaints on the delivery side. Most of the bags seemed fine, but one of them had a slightly stale smell when I opened it, which was a little disappointing.

It wasn’t bad enough to toss out, and I still used it, but for what I paid, I was expecting everything to feel a bit fresher. I’d consider ordering again if the price was lower or there was a sale, but at full price I’m not totally sold.

They have so many good flavors to choose from, I had a hard time picking. I love it.

I grabbed these to keep on hand in the pantry, and so far they’ve been doing just fine. I haven’t had any problems with freshness or quality, which is always a relief when you’re stocking up. The only thing I noticed is that I kind of wish the dates were a little further out, but overall they’ve lasted well for me.

I’ve been using Fiber Gourmet pasta for a few weeks now, the calorie savings are the big win for me. It tastes close enough to regular pasta that I don’t sit there sadly contemplating my life choices, which is nice. It makes it way easier to have a normal dinner and still stay on track, because who knew pasta didn’t have to completely ruin the day?

First bite, I could tell this pasta grabs onto sauce way better than I expected. No complaints from me.

I’m not expecting miracles here, if I’m making pasta, I want it to be satisfying, not some weird “healthy” version that ruins dinner. This one does a good job of keeping things normal.

The texture is really close to regular pasta, and it cooks up nicely as long as you don’t overthink it. I didn’t notice any strange aftertaste, which is always the big test with stuff like this. It costs a bit more, sure, but common sense says better quality usually isn’t the cheapest option. I’ll keep buying it.
